Event photos are accessed differently than school portrait photos. Portrait photos are typically viewed using an Access Code. Event photos are organized byschool and eventand are accessed through a separate site. To view and purchase your event photos: Visit legacyeventphotos.shop Click “Order Now” Select your state Locate your school Each school has a folder that contains all event galleries for the current school year. You may be prompted to enter a password to access the school’s folder. Important The school folder password is not the same as your portrait Access Code Event photos will not appear in your student’s portrait gallery Photos are typically uploaded within 2–3 weeks after the event

If you don’t have your Access Code, you can use our Find My Code tool to retrieve it. You should also receive an email with your Access Code and a direct link to your student’s gallery once images are available about 2-3 weeks after picture day. If you’re still unable to locate your code, please contact our Customer Care team for assistance.

The proof image you see online may display a standard or default background for viewing purposes. If you selected a different background when placing your order, your final printed images will reflect the background you chose. Background selections are applied during the production process and may not always appear on the initial proof. Your selected background should be listed on your order receipt. If you’re unsure or need help confirming your selection, please contact our Customer Care team and we’ll be happy to assist.

Online galleries are typically available until around the end of the school year. We recommend placing your order as soon as possible to ensure access before the gallery is no longer available.

Images are typically available for viewing online approximately 2–3 weeks after your photo session. You will receive an email with your Access Code and a direct link to your gallery once your images are ready.
