You can view digital proofs and order your photos online with your qr code or gallery password about 2-3 weeks after the photo date.
If you would like to have a retake photo, please make sure your child has another photo taken on your school’s retake day.   While Legacy Studios will allow anyone to have a retake, it’s at the school’s discretion whether they will allow your child to leave class.

Please have your student turn in their original package to the photographer. If you purchased a digital download, please print out the receipt to show the photographer. 

We will then process a replacement package for your child. 

That retake photo will now be the new yearbook pose. 

If you have 3 children in schools that we photograph (Fall underclass portraits ONLY), you will purchase two and get the rest of equal or less value.  The easiest (and quickest) way to process your orders in our family plan is the following: 

Place and pay for the orders (or pre-orders) for the first 2 students online (Fall underclass portraits ONLY). 

Then please email us these order numbers along with the names of the remaining students and any specific background choices you may have and we will place the remaining FREE orders.

If you are wanting to pay by check, you can mail all the order forms with a check for payment of 2 packages to the address below. 

If you have already paid for all your orders, please email us the order numbers or student’s names and we will be happy to refund any orders over 2 packages.

There are four ways to place an order:

  • Order online using your Online Code or QR Code. FIND MY CODE
  • Email our Customer Care Department any time at customercare@legacystudios.com
  • Call our Customer Care Department at 1-716-512-6336 (Monday-Thursday, 11am-3pm)
  • Mail your completed order form with payment to our studio:
    Legacy Studios, 86 Roseville Road, Andover, NJ 07821.
  1. Visit our Buy Pictures page.
  2. In the search field on the page, enter the code listed on your order form. FIND MY CODE
  3. Enter your email. This is used to send you your digital images and offers.
  4. To view a larger version of an image, click on the thumbnail image.
  5. Click the Buy button to order any package option or image.
Retouching is available for an additional fee on all orders. Once your item is placed into the cart you can choose retouching using the “Options” tab.
This will only retouch the image(s) for your order. It does not retouch either the proofs or the yearbook image.
You must contact customer care by phone or email if you want the yearbook image retouched.

OR, email us at customercare@legacystudios.com with the student’s full name. Our Customer Care department will retrieve and send your gallery code via email.
Digital Download is a package option that includes the digital version of your portraits with copyright permission to share or print the photographs. When you purchase a Digital Download package, Legacy Studios sends you a link to the email address you provided at checkout. When you visit the link, you can download your images directly to your computer. The copyright attached to the email gives you ownership of your photos. We cannot provide refunds on digital downloads since customers receive the copyright at purchase.
Orders can take up to 4-6 weeks and are delivered via UPS and USPS.
After an order is placed, it goes directly into production; therefore, we are not able to change or cancel an existing order.
Our international shipments are limited to prints that are 8×10 or smaller in size. Please contact us to place international orders.
